I guess this is a little known secret. The pizza place (not sure if I spelled it right off 528 and Corrales road (same parking lot as Sunflower Market), is offering free food from 11-2 and 5-8 today 9/23. I was just over there and there wasn't hardly a line at all. I'm waiting till tonight myself. Only exlusions are alcoholic beverages.

Happy Dining! Sorry I didn't get this out earlier...

We've been waiting for it to open...

I'll wait for the crowds to die down.

Seriously Rich, it wasn't that bad. Not NEAR as bad as the JITB opening where the line went around the building..LOL

Of course who knows how many people will have heard about by this evening. I'm close enough to walk, so I might as well check it out. My mottos is "If it's free, it's for me!". Of course I don't like big crowds so we shall see!

That
Il Vincino! is almost next to JITB.

We had one visit and one bad experience at that JITB. My wonderful wife will not go again. She said I could go by myself if I wanted...

Update, the first day they had free food hardly anyone knew about it. I was over around noon, not a person standing outside so I figured I'll wait till dinner. Well apparentl word had gotten around by then and even when we got there 15ms before 5, we waited and hour and fifteen mins. I was like the Jbox opening day! They are doing the same thing Friday and Saturday from 11 to 2 and 5 until 8, but if you go, you might want to bring a chair and a book.LOL.. Also, parking is hard in that shoppng center so you might have to park around the corner near Subway or even Golden Corral

Anyway, the food was good, and it was free which is "good for me"!

Rats, missed it! Didn't know they opened. We'll have to go there very soon. It's less than 2 miles from home.
