Hey Rybert,

Do you have the latest pricing figures? Our family looked at this development. We liked the contemporary architecture and basement, but thought it was priced for about two years ago. Plus, we aren't fans of gated communities. Not sure why that felt the need to gate this.

I agree, the gate is not necessary for this development.

I'm having a hard time finding current pricing on these. The website prices them about $675k, but it doesn't look like the houses are flying off the shelf. Maybe a trusted CD-realtor will clear the issue up.

At the current prices... they're out of my league. Bring it down a bit and we'll talk.

Bad news Rybert, the two I found in Legends on the MLS are both priced the same per SF as the new ones - around $280SF. One is listed as new and one has an owner living there. They did include the basement in the total square footage though.

I'm presuming you liked them so much because they were green? There are other options around there for considerably less, alas no basements though.

Oh... I didn't know about the "green" features until yesterday. The only interesting features they offer are high insulation properties of the roof and walls (R-23 walls and R-38 ceilings)... any builder with half a brain can increase those.

I've always liked the area (are there peple who don't?) and it's near the majority of my family. I'm pretty much the only one without a 87111 zip code.

I'm sure I'll end-up somwhere near Ridgecrest (my favorite area of the city) but it doesn't hurt to look, right?

Keep your eyes open as you never know what will come up, bargains can be found in every part of the city (usually not at the same time though)

As we discussed privately, you'll be the first one to know when I'm ready to "jump in."

uh, I am not a realtor. Just for the record. In fact, I don't even live in New Mexico.

Are we not allowed to post links to websites that have prices, if we have nothing to do with that website?

Am I allowed to post a post about posting websites?
