Default Not Yet

Just moved here and waiting for our place in Alegria to be built. Not retired yet. Got my job redefined so I can work anywhere with web access. Plan was to move here and work half-time for awhile, then decide if I'd rather be fully retired or still enjoyed the mental challenges of work (to say nothing of the extra income).
Then the new reality with home appraisals hit us in the sale of our house in KY. Sold for a lot less than we expected and the buyer had originally agreed to, so I'm working full-time for awhile to make up the difference. But ABQ in general and Alegria in particular still seem to be a great place to slide into retirement.
