Default Future of transit in Rio Rancho

With Bruce Rizzieri appointed as new transit director for ABQ RIDE, I wonder what could this mean for future transit in Rio Rancho?

Bruce Rizzieri has been promoting a regional transit network. I don't know if this means that ABQ RIDE will add more routes into Rio Rancho, or if it will encourage Rio Rancho to form their own transit department. Rio Rancho is definately large enough to have a transit system of their own. Currently, the only transit that Rio Rancho has is the RioTransit paratransit service.

So, I would like to hear some opinions.
