I'm on the eastern edge of Albuquerque...half a mile northeast of the intersection of Tramway and Montgomery. We had 7 1/2 inches. The wind last night whipped it into lots of drifts. It was 2 below zero this morning on our yard thermometer.

Yes It Snows In The Albuquerque Area. Feb 1, 2011, Rio Rancho, NM. It was about 24 degrees F... But we still
managed to grill....

I had 5.5-6 inches yesterday morning before the snow stopped and the wind got really bad. The wind took most of the snow, but did leave some 7-8 inch drifts. I wish we didn't get the wind and gotten snow all night.

Just because we get little precipitation doesn't mean that some of our tiny allotment doesn't fall in the Wintertime.
