We are looking into buying a home and wanted to get some input on water, electric and gas charges for their homes. Currently we only pay gas and electric roughly $120-$150 total for a 900 square foot one story, it's old and the insulation is terrible. We are looking at a 1800 sq ft two story and wanted to see what the numbers would look like for this including water. This will be a brand new home as well.

Thanks, any input is greatly appreciated!
