just got back from cincinnati and was in a outdoor shopping center were they just opened a Five Guys. Asked the clerk in another store where they were located. He said oh just go outside and follow the grease smell, can't miss it. He was right!
I actually hope they dont offer green chile, we dont have to have it EVERYWHERE that a burger is available, sometimes you just need to keep it original.
Why do you care?
Yes we do. It always needs to be available.
If offered, don't take it.
Jeeze, this is like ranting about hating health food stores.
Don't shop there. Don't put green chile on your burger.
Control freaks. Whatta pain.
Why do you care?
If they dont have green chile move onto a place that does, geez, it seems you have nothing better to do than nit-pick peoples posts, either that or you are trying your hardest to be a native New Mexican.
It wouldn't make very good business sense to offer a burger and not have green chile as a choice. It is a relatively cheap condiment than many New Mexico rank as important as ketchup or mustard. No business would ever be willing to push away customers due to not serving a simple condiment.

It wouldnt be pushing customers away, Im sure there are New Mexicans who can do without green chile on their burger,I have never even known a person who looks at green chile as if it were just as important as mustard or ketchup and Im a native. If someone wanted an authentic Five Guys burger then they wouldnt add green chile, the same would go with In and Out. If someone wanted authentic an authentic egg roll, you wouldnt add green chile too it, thats just an example, not the same thing I know.
There are definitely some people, myself included (also a native), that could certainly enjoy a burger without Green Chile. However, a fast food hamburger is far from a delicacy. Many people are less concerned with authenticity than they are having a burger the way they want. For those that want the original product can order a burger without green chile. By offering Green Chile, the business offers some customers the privilege to have the burger precisely how they want it. When people don't have things to their exact specifications, they are far less likely to return.
so if Five Guys and IN N Out butger don't offer green chile, your saying people will be less likely to return. They won't miss you!!! I'm sure they will flurish without greenchile!

I'm the kettle.

Place hand in front of face - looking at palm.
Swiftly pass it up and over forehead & skull
as the point is completely missed.
Businesses flourish more when they offer more choices to more types of customers -
- tailoring the business to extract the maximum profit from the maximum number of
customers. Auto companies do it, computer companies do it, just to name a few.
Even the finest Japanese restaurant in town offers green chile
on native Japanese food. -- (They are flourishing more.)
