Default coronado center and winrock

Any specific plans for the vacant anchor site on the east end? I know that Kohl's is coming to the west side.

Any tips on the Dillards at Winrock? Is it still there? Winrock plans on hold?

Thanks.

I know Target currently owns the old Macy's space at Coronado Center, however, I don't know why nothing has occured there since Target bought that anchor space. I don't know if the plans to build a Target store there have been scrapped or put on hold due to the economy.

Isn't the Kohl's going to be on the Southeast end of Coronado?

"Wednesday, February 17, 2010, Kohl’s has signed a long term lease to take the former Mervyn’s space at the Coronado Center and will be open by October, said Randy Sanchez, the center’s senior general manager." No more Mervyn's... what a waste. It's sad what happened to that store. =(
