Well, the water here in Mexico is pretty bad. But I loathe it when out of staters tell me how good my Spanish is.

That when you buy something online and the seller sends you an email that they are sorry but they only ship within the USA!!!! But I guess that is a misconception of New Mexico and not Albuquerque.

That Albuquerque is brown, hot and dusty. While at times it can be one or all of these, it's far from being these on the grand scale of things.

I believe it was Governor Johnson who campaigned to put the word "USA" on our license plates to try and dispel some myths. We are "New Mexico USA".

Albuquerque has its "Gangland" - "Ganglords."
