I´m in search for the correct translation for the beer-mix drink!
When you order Lager or Bud and Lemonade in a mix, whats it called?

In Britain it is called Shandy,
here in Germany it is called Radler, Alsterwasser and so on.
But what`s it called in the US ???

I've only heard shandy, but honestly most people probably wouldn't know what that means.

Maybe I found something:

"In the midwestern USA, a "Cincinnati" is a 1:2 mixture of lemon-lime soda (i.e., Sprite or 7 Up) and beer."
or
"Snakebite, a beer cocktail made with equal parts of lager and cider"

Maybe this is better known ??

In Belgium beer mixed with white lemonade (Sprite, 7up) is called a "kivela".
With Coke or Pepsi it's "mazout" (in Germany: Diesel)
With grenadine: "Tango"

I drink the following beer drinks. I have only used lager with the following:

Bloody beer - beer mixed with tomato juice

Lunchbox - supposed to be beer mixed with orange juice and some amaretto, but I forego the amaretto. I think I shall just call it "orangey beer".

I tried beer with Coke when I saw another guy drinking it. It is effing gross.
