Ive heard that a shot of bourbon a day is good for you but then one hears a lot of different theories on those sorts of things. If its true I wonder if it is any better than a shot of apple cider vinegar a day. Maybe they do the same type of thing like thin the blood.
my doctor tells me to drink a small drink before bed time to help with my sleep problem and it working like a charm so far and make sure the brands are the high end type not low shelf type of alochol because of how the alochol is distilled by the brand so to get out alot of the socalled bad distilling that some of the socalled cheaper brands do not do
i tried the pills and they did not work and left me not all there in the mornings ..so we tried a small drink measured out in a shot glass poured out into a regular rocks glass and then i come home take a shower and relax and drink the small shot before i go to bed and it seams to work for me ..
