I am a poor SOB, and these are perfect for me. They cost only $1.09 and have 12% alcohol. I can get drunk off of 2 of them. Basically, you get 5 regular beers in only 24 ounces....

woodchuck was one of the first alcoholic beverages i ever had. i was a baby back then and wanted something that tasted better than regular beer. its some kind of hard cider beverage that comes in different flavors. if i remember right, i think my first was some kind of sour apple woodchuck.

found the web site (i must have had the granny smith):

This has always been satisfying for me - as I am not a beer drinker - to a glass of plain seltzer over ice, add a wedge of lime - squeeze it over the glass first - then about half ****** of gin. A nice summer drink and very inexpensive.

I'm pretty okay with 16 tall Busch beers. That costs $12 here.

I also put my friends names on a calendar, and my relatives, and go visit them, and drink their beer on a rotation. I also have a "Happy Hour" app on my phone, where tap beers are a $1. Going to the VFW is always good too.

Happy trails,
hubby is a scotch drinker: he rarely settles for anything less than JW Red, but once in awhile he will do Cluney. Our son in law will only drink JW Black or better. Wine wise, we will drink cheap (like out of a box and I don't mean a good box) during the week and on weekends or when we have company we got 1st class, $5 a bottle. NO, only kidding, we usually pay more than
$5..Bourbon: James Bean or Jack D and gin, we don't drink the crap, but do keep decent stuff for friends. I think what we have is from our move here, over 3 years ago.

NIta

Switch from Lite beer to regular beer, and mix it half and half with tapwater. It will taste the same, and only cost half as much. Might be hard to find a store that still sells regular beer, but they might have some hidden in back somewhere.
