Default Rum ratio for baking question...

Okay, so I'm making eggnog quick bread...the recipe calls for rum extract
but after reading the ingredients on the extract bottle I have decided to use the real stuff...I can only find artificial flavor extract.

My question: what's the ratio of real to extract...

recipe calls for 2 teaspoons of extract...can somebody help with this...

Thank you guys, I know someone has the answer...

Use the same amount, as you dont want to increase or decrease the liquid.

Exactly what she said^^^^^

The flavor won't be the same BTW.

However if you want it stronger you could always substitute a little more rum for a little of another liquid in the bread.

generally, the darker the rum, the stronger the flavor. Using spiced rum would be really good in an eggnog bread............
