Default Stone IPA, too.

Also, Stone IPA, Escondido, CA. Fine, fine brew.

There aren't too many I've tried yet that I don't like!!

When I was younger-and obviously less enlightened-my favorite, go-to beer was Coors. Later, I gravitated towards Miller Lite, then Corona, and now it's a mix. Mostly Sam Adams and Stella Artois.

Sam's can be a bit heavy and I can get tired of it, even the seasonals I'm missing some of the "uniqueness" of the brew, though I really like Octoberfest and Winter Lager. Alpine Spring and even Summer Ale seem to be bland. Stella, I haven't found a non-skunky bottle yet. Doesn't stop me from picking it, though.

I feel myself gravitating towards Miller Lite and Corona again, maybe because it's summer and they are the cheapest 6-packs out there right now.

I can say that one beer I did not like is Fat Tire. Never had a beer's taste leave my mouth so fast and it felt like a heavy, carbonated glass of something tasting like beer. No head, ugly color, and no taste. Would not reccomend or try again.

I have a BevMo near me and I try to keep at least a 6'er of a mishmash of singles on me, so I'm always trying something new. I try to check out reviews on beer on youtube before I buy, to help me avoid the flat-out garbage.

BTW...where the hell does anyone find Coors Extra Gold anymore? That beer was my fave of the Coors brand, and Sam Adams Octoberfest instantly takees me back to the Extra Gold every time I have it. I would love to find the E.G. in SoCal.

Of course living in a town where there are 10 excellent micro breweries within 2 to 10 miles from the house, 2 major craft breweries on the way (Sierria Nevada and New Holland) plus Oskar Blues and several startup's that will be offering their first brews later this year.

There are a couple of tap rooms that will have 20+ local brews on tap. Now and then a tourist comes in and orders a Bud or something 'lite' and they look at them like they have two heads.
Oh you're in Asheville- I was just there a couple weeks ago, had some killer IPA @ the Wedge. Had a buzz after one glass, it was awesome. Waitin on that weed beer to be finished in Oct..lol

Currently drinking a bottle of Levity Amber Ale from the Odell brewing company in Fort Collins - Colorado. We have some good breweries in Colorado.....a good state for a beer lover. I'm thinking about attending this beer festival in Crested Butte this weekend.
