Celebrating the Cubs World Series championship (I've been a fan since the 1970's). To toast the Cubs I am enjoying an Old Style Lager that a friend brought me after they purchased some in Chicago.

Got a Monterey County syrah I have to finish... will raise one to the Cubs. (Watched them as a kid when their Spring Training was in my hometown, worked three blocks from the ballpark and usually caught them for free.)

Pennyslvania Dutch egg nog! I was craving Bailey's, but spied the egg nog on sale for $8.99 at the grocery store. I've had this before and loved it. A couple of sips in and my spirits are already lifted!
