I usually never stray from beer. Tonight I did.....I am having a Grasshoper.

It does taste minty. It reminds me of a York Peppermint Patty. I have never tried a Pink Lady. Are they good? I usually don't drink mixed drinks but occasionally a retro type cocktail s fun.

Can hard liquor (Irish whiskey, bourbon, rum) be mixed with cream, or will it curdle; does anyone know? I realize you can buy Bailey's and similar, but they're too sweet for my taste.
