I'm about to have Trois-Pistoles which is a brown ale from Unibroue and will probably have sake tonight.

I like a light pinot grigio when I am making beef stew. I start that with burgundy wine, as it should be.

Never seen that in stores here(Illinois). I do hold out hope that maybe I'll find one Binny's store carrying this beer somewhere, but who knows? Southern Tier does distribute here, but I'd just never heard of this seasonal beer. Wouldn't surprise me if a few of their seasonal beers didn't make it outside of NY or neighboring states, often.

A small amount of port (I'm making cranberry sauce with the same one). Cooks deserve wine.

Drinking this one, Highland Thunderstruck. Excellent coffee porter, one of their best.

That's a bummer you haven't gotten it. Cinnamon Roll is brand new. I didn't even know it was coming until I saw it on the shelves. If you get some of their stuff, especially the other beers in the Blackwater series, you should get it at some point. Not all of them are good (Creme Brulee is horrible) but most of them are on point. You just have to be in the mood for a heavy dessert beer because the Blackwater series beers are pretty much all like that.
