I just opened a Paulaner Hefe-Weizen. I think I might be in love! It is a really nice beer that has that creamy(?) after taste I adore.

A couple weeks ago I was at Roughtail, "Orange" was quite impressive. When I get back down to DFW I'll have to get back to the Fort Worth (Martin House) and North Central breweries (Rabbit Hole, 3 Nations).

This evening I'll be finishing up Pheasant Ridge 2006 cab sauv.
