Long Island ice tea, 1 a night. I make up a batch of the 5 liquors and sweet and sour mix and store in pitcher in the fridge. Then, ice in a glass, mixture and a little coke.

now with all this discussion on how much is too much wine per night, I think it is almost time to enjoy a glass of grape juice while I finish pickling my onions. I know, you all thought I was going to say, pickling my liver.

Tonight I had a very nice Pecorino (Italian white wine, not to be confused with goat cheese). It was crisp and refreshing.
