Baracelos Onyx is delicious all by itself, and can be found commercially
George Bowman's Colonial era Dark Caribbean Rum and Town Branch Dark Rum are also exceptional, but to my knowledge can only be bought at the distillery

These are all terrific drinks that I enjoy on a cold night in front of the fire...not all at once, mind you...

I generally don't drink rum but I did buy a bottle of Pyrat about a year ago and it tastes just fine neat or with a little ice.

Captain Morgan spiced rum..with coke. If I was a drinker of alcohol on a more regular basis that is always my first choice.
