We usually get a large number of glasses from the 5L box of wine we keep in the fridge.

But for some unknown reason, our rate of glasses per box declines significantly if our DD is home from school for a weekend!

4 glasses to a bottle. They are 6 oz pours. You pour the wine up until the glass starts to curve. That should be about 6 oz.

Mine are about 7oz so I'd fill to 4 or 5oz depending on whether its the start of the evening or the end.

At the bar I used to drink 16cl glasses until I worked out that it was slightly cheaper per cl to buy the 12cl glasses - every penny counts towards another glass!

For my purposes "glass of wine" is 6 oz. By that standard I have 2 glasses a night (well, most nights), sometimes just a little more (maybe an extra 2 oz), but my stomach lets me know when it's enough.
