Irish coffee at the Buena Vista at Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco watching the fog roll through the Golden Gate.

Benedictine in coffee is sublime.

I tried this as well and it was a poor idea. I did use Irish whiskey and I think it would have been even worse with an American bourbon.

Irish Cream is pretty much the only thing I have had in coffee that was any good. Maybe 99 bananas or anything else creamy would be OK?

Kahlua and a shot of whisky in the coffee is a nice way to start off Saturday or Sunday football watching.

Bailey's Irish Cream goes well in coffee, lately Amarula seems to be the occasional additive of choice.

Absolutely. Coffee with Bailey's Irish Cream.

I know this wasn't a thread about tea, but whiskey (especially the honey whiskey blends out there now) is amazing with hot tea when you're ill.

Bailey's Irish cream and a dash of peppermint schnapps in a cup of coffee makes for a nice cold-weather holiday drink!
