Drink a crap load of water right before going to bed. Works for me every time.

I don't believe in drinking in moderation, after all the whole point of this activity is to get high otherwise I'll go and drink a lemonade or something.

Yeah but if you drink a ton of water before bed, you pee the bed lol

If you smoke when you drink, try to cut down as much as possible if not stop. I know they go together, but it will definitely make the hangover worse, at least in my experience.

I used to not smoke when I drank and very rarely got hangovers and then I became a social smoker when drinking and that is when I started getting some pretty bad hangovers. Now I don't smoke when I drink anymore.

Nah I don't piss the bed, but in the morning I do sense an urgency to get to the crapper first thing. Occasionally I'll dream about the toilet and taking a piss, except something is always stopping me from actually achieving the completion of urination. Must be my body's subconscious mechanism of avoiding wetting the bed.

Drinking water just before bed, it really works I feel so much better if I do.

I have those dreams too!!! I hafta pee really bad, but something always stops me! Good thing, ey???
