the US is still one of the least expensive places to buy beer though. Dramatic difference in some cases.

But this last increase is due to this crap Busch(?) beer becoming a fad with the university crowds.

You want good cheap beer? Pay twice as much and drink half as much. I'd rather drink one good beer than two crappy beers any day.

True that, even Old Mil is getting out of control and I hear they are about to stop brewing it soon.

You want good cheap beer? Make your own. You can make beer as good as a Sam Adams, Magic Hat, Saranac, Sierra Nevada, etc., for about 60/bottle. Besides, making it 54 bottles at a time means you are less likely to run out of beer.

Want to see ridiculous beer prices.... come to Australia All alcohol besides wine in this country is taxed to death and consequently is mind bendingly expensive. Stupid piece of **** government

Naturally, the local health/anti-enjoyment nazis are encouraging and banging for increasing the price of wine by 300-400% but thank god nothings been done and is not on the agenda.
