Del Bac Whiskey from Tucson. There was also one made briefly in Flagstaff called High Spirits. The Del Bac isn't really a flavored whiskey IMO, they dry their barley malt with mesquite. Sort of similar to peated scotch whisky. Not like dumping in honey or maple syrup or something.
