Does anyone know drinks that use Amaretto? I bought a one liter bottle because that's all the liquor store had. I'm in a VERY small town & could have driven the 12 + miles to go to a bigger store but vaguely remember using it for some reason. I only needed 2 Tbsp for the cobbler I was making, lol. I'll do a search but figured folks here might know.

I don't know of any drinks, but you can use that in cakes, puddings and cheesecake. Love Amaretto flavor in all desserts. And love Fergus Falls! It's not as small as Deer Creek

Amaretto and OJ is good and you could also add vodka. That is a Baci Ball if I remember correctly. Fresh Amaretto Sours are really tasty. Amaretto on the rocks. In college we used to makes Snowballs, vanilla ice ream or heavy cream vodka and Amaretto although those are too sweet for me now. Adding it to coffee is also good.

Fuzzy Navel -- amaretto and orange juice. I like it on the rocks, either plain or with sparkling water. It's also good in hot cocoa - and don't worry, it will keep until winter.

And if you don't want to drink it ...

Used to make a nice ham 'glaze' using this and Dr. Pepper. Delicious but decades since I made it...

I like to drink Amaretto and pineapple juice.

Also makes a super good sauce for bread pudding.

Amaretto rocks with a float of heavy cream (not whipped) on top and grate of fresh nutmeg or tiny sprinkle of cinnamon. Desert in a glass.
