Lately, I have seen many commercials advertising spiked seltzers. They appear to be gluten free and low in calories and carbohydrates, not loaded with corn syrup and sugar.

Some have a hint of lime. Another grapefruit. Their may be other flavors.

Yes, I had one the other night that was grapefruit. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't something I'd every really buy again. I'd drink one if offered when out, but that's it.

If you would like them would all depend on your taste. I can see where someone might really like the style....just not for me.

I finally gave them a try. I bought a package of lime flavored Truly, and I found it light and refreshing.

It has 100 calories per bottle, it was refreshing and light. I was concerned that it would be overly sweet and cloying the way wine coolers are (ugghh) or that horrible stuff Zima, which appears to have made a return.

Zima has a bit of throw back behind it...lol....reminds those that were teenagers on the 80s of a misspent youth. (But yes, I agree....pretty harsh stuff.)

I've had the Henry's sparkling, it tasted like La Croix to me, pretty good, since I like La Croix.
