I have always enjoyed a glass or two of white wine when dining out and at social occasions. Most of my family and friends are wine drinkers as well. Due to a medical condition, I no longer drink any alcohol and cannot consume any carbonated beverages. Any suggestions for a non-alcohol substitute for wine? I do not enjoy sweet beverages. I drink non-sweetened iced tea but it's no where near the same.
I would drink an alcohol free sangria. You could make it with Fre or with grape juice. You could add different fruit juices to it too like a mock-mai tai.
I'm liking kombucha instead of alcohol. It's more beer/cider like, but it has a minuscule amount of fermentation/fizz. Gives you a kick without really imbibing.
Kombucha contains a small amount of alcohol. And it's slightly fizzy.
Plus if you're looking for something for when you are dining out, you might not find it widely available.
Same for Fre, while it's non-alcoholic wine you might not find it in most establishments yet.
