Excluding beer and wine, what is your summertime alcoholic beverage of choice?

I love mojitos and chi chis!

It's not an actual drink, but I love Malibu rum with sparkling limeade or pineapple juice. Yum.

I love sparkling water with freshly crushed mint best of all. Very refreshing. And smoothies.
I don't drink alcohol at all but I love a good virgin Pina-Colada too !
And water of course.

Does ... not ... compute ...

Well, OK, then there's iced mint tea made from the mint in my garden. If I'm feeling particularly wild, I'll make a julep. I don't have all that mint for nothing ...

Vodka Slush made with ginger ale. Mix hot tea, sugar, O.J. concentrate and lemonade concentrate with vodka and stick a gallon container in your freezer. Scoop out slush and pour ginger ale or 7Up over it (I prefer ginger ale, it is less sweet tasting and more thirst-quenching to me). The summer my oldest got his learner's permit, I went through the whole container of this by myself! LOL It was cheaper than therapy and it saved my marriage as sending DH out to drive with him was like trying to mix water and oil! LOL
