I'm usually sipping water all day long at my desk. During my afternoon break, I take a walk then have a Diet Pepsi once I return (helps keep me awake the rest of the day until I go home at 3:30 ). I also enjoy raspberry tea and 1% lowfat milk.

I am a teetotaller so I have to be quite creative and apart from about 3 litres of water a day , I also love to make smoothies, crushed ice cordial drinks etc...

I've always loved good rum. In a glass, couple of ice cubes, maybe a twist of lime. Favorites now are 10 Cane and Montecristo.

I also like a good Gin & Tonic. Hendricks Gin or Malacca do it for me.

Wine? Chalk Hill Chardonnay, any good Barollo, Barbaresco, Chianti, or Cab.
