Actually, In winter, when I go out of home on roads and start walking rapidly. I feel irritation all over the body and get rashes too. I asked a doc he suggested to take defcort medicine but it was not useful. If I do a bit of exercise or run or walk too fast, I start feeling as I am allergic. Does anyone feel same or help me to get out of this problem?

It triggers but I am not sure that it is a winter rash and not even doctors are not able to diagnose it properly. Most of my time I spend in a dark room because of computer based work, now whenever I take sunbath for a longer duration or get angry on anyone my BP level goes high and irritation start occurring or even if I walk too fast, I feel the same.

I get the same feeling when the climate is damp. I'm very irritable internally and my skin itches. ugh! Spring and humid/damp summer days make me miserable, especially when exercising/working outdoors.

Op, it is probably lack of humidity. You live in LA so it's less humid year round. More so in winter.

May be, but now trying yoga to stop this awkward feeling. Yes, I said awkward, when I rub my body here and there in public. I can't explain how bad I feel.
