burning sinus (pains, bloody, headaches, humidifier)

This year, my sinus is really bad....burning, dry, irritated, bloody, and pains shooting in my head, plus headaches. I bought Ocan and that gives me some relief, also run a cool mist humidifier, in my living room and bedroom. Does anyone have any suggestions?

this year I can't even run my fireplace. and I keep the heat down at 65 - 66 when I'm home. Even the dry heat in the car is annoying.

For me, irrigation seems to help. They now make the Neilmed in a pre-made can or mixing your own. I use antihistamine nasal spray, so it dries me out pretty badly as well.
