I LOVE the Clark Hansen paperback for $1.95 and this was the booklet I lent to my bridge friend with asthma and she shortly after got on grape seed ex. That was she says about 10 yrs ago.
Nasal rinse. Never believed in it but decided to di it faithfully twice a day for 10 days. It was magic. I have a nasa spray my allergist gave as a a backup. Have never used it since. Also no zyrtech. When I feel the scratchy throat and runny nose come on I do a nasal rinse and am good to go. The meds the doctor put me on made me dizzy, I was losing balance. It was also $87 for 90 day supply. It is deductible but that is rediculous. I add bake nag soda and salt in plain water to rinse. That is it.
I had a doctor tells me to use the saline nasal rinse before going outside and then when coming indoors. I used to use Nasal Crom. CROM, NOT CORT. and it really worked. Look it up, not you but others.
But I can't use any nasal sprays anymore, so I am getting the grape seed extract. thanks

Give it a good chance, this year's allergy issues have been horrid for many I hear. It's affected me too. I end up stuffed up during the night and use a bit of Vicks salve to clear me out. Not every night but did last night so went thru the Vicks thing. Also a little Tiger Balm opens up the nasal cavaties. Still no drugs for me so I know grape seed ex works and I had no issues for 20 yrs...this year has been another story. Here in CA it's so dry, no rain for 5 yrs.

I am in Florida and it has been a record breaking hot and wet year. I have been taking the pyc and grapeseed, and they help but I still have terrible allergies, especially with the massive amounts of rain we have had. I feel best when it is sunny with medium humidity (not too wet or dry) It really wreaks havoc on my health.
The night before last I woke up at 4AM all stuffy etc and started with dabbing the Vicks and got back to sleep...so last night I dabbed with Vicks before I went to bed, and slept thru the night with no stuffy issues. So I think I found a sweet spot for a while. I'll do the Vicks nightly. I rub my feet with Vicks most nights too. I have found a renewed interest in old time Vicks.
Our weather is opposite so for you it's not the dry air.
