I really am getting tired of it. I used to have no dandruff, and now it's coming there every 2-3 seconds with it being extremely itchy. It might have caused for my eyes to become red, with them feeling as if they are glued shut when I'm trying to open them up while waking up.

Are you sure it's dandruff and not an infection of some sort? I think it's time to see the doctor

Do you have blepharitis? Use baby shampoo to wash your eyelashes. Use a cotton swab, put some on it, rub across eyelashes. Not sure if you need to rinse and not sure of how many times a week. That's what I've read for people with blepharitis.
