I have a co-worker who loves it. I haven't tried it personally though.

Magnesium deficiency is so common and I think the number one cause of "stress" in society.

When a doctor says "it's caused by stress" it's probably really Magnesium deficiency.

Doctors generally know nothing about how vitamins and minerals work in your body.

I have used it, and I don't care for it. It tastes sour, and it does NOT seem to make me feel relaxed. Also, I have had some magnesium toxicity from it which caused some bad bathroom issues. I guess some people like it, though.

I much prefer taking my magnesium in the form of capsules. I personally like Solaray brand of Calcium magnesium Asporotates. Works best for me.
