Hello -
I'm hoping to hear feedback from Medical Doctors or others in allopathic
medicine on this topic.

I'm currently considering becoming an MD, but my background is in alternative medicine. It has been said that some alternative medicine documentation is cryptic to other medical professionals and does not properly convey the treatments going on. As someone who has been in alternative medicine, I can understand most charts from other alternative medicine providers.

However, I'm hoping to better understand what MDs want to see from alternative medicine practitioners. Would MDs rather see a narrative report instead of the shorthand that most alternative medicine providers use? What would MDs want instead of a narrative if there is something else?

Looking forward to any medical professional feedback.
