Have digestive problems or a big belly? Maybe you should blame wheat...

This is probably going to make some very uncomfortable but I'm sure it's going to help others, especially those with an open mind. It's explained very clearly anyway and IMO a little personal observation will do the rest.

I keep trying to tell my parents this....... Right now I am glad my dad finally listenend to me about how bad aspartame is! (He consumes sucralose now which isnt really any better)
