Tried Cupping

The other day I tried cupping at my current acupuncturist. She has been wonderful and, as I expected, it was quite beneficial. I am actually amazed at how much tension she was able to eliminate from my shoulders that I have carried for years. My marks were dark purple, nearly black in some areas.

I did that for the first time two weeks ago - it was GREAT! Helped my back a lot and made me feel almost "high" all day..... Took about a week for the marks to go away but it was worth it!

Had cupping and it was the most amazing experience ever. I definitely recommend it.

I agree. It will be part of my regular acupuncture visits from now on. Maybe not every time, but frequently. I had some strange issues for a few days after that I suspect my have been triggered by the treatment. My arms had a great deal of tightness, slightly painful, for few days. I wondered if it could have been from
releasing years of stress & toxins? My marks were still visible on day 5 so I think my session was very intense. Love the release of all that tension in my shoulders...it is worth the trouble.
