Is there an advantage to taking at a particular time of day? I read that people take it in one dose in the morning ( presumably on an empty stomach) while others sip throughout the day. I would like to try this for a variety of reasons and want to get the best benefit I can. Thanks!
I should think that whenever you take it you should do it when you can brush your teeth after, as the acid may not be good for your tooth enamel over the long run.
I can't remember, you guys would know...does it alkalize the body like lemons do...
Does it help with candida yeast or is not good to drink when you have a yeast issue?

I keep forgetting which it is.
Thanks
Well they say if you have a vaginal yeast infection you should douche with vinegar and water to treat it so I guess it's supposed to be good to counteract yeast, but I get confused too b/c the folks who advise the anti-candida diet tell you to avoid vinegar.

Take it diluted in water to prevent any damage. I take it as one tablespoon in about 8 ounces of water.
Also, it's not a good idea to brush one's teeth right after consuming something acidic. It softens the enamel and can damage the teeth more than doing nothing.
