Can someone advise some good home remedies for carpal tunnel. The pain is on my right elbow. Some time, it hurts on the elbow, then it comes to forearms, then it moves up to wrist.

The pain so much, it's hard to type or do any thing with my right arm. Please help.. .

When I have inflammation in my body, I use this:

Inflammatone
Amazon.com: Designs for Health Inflammatone Vegetarian Capsules, 240 Count: Health & Personal Care

It is a little pricey, but it works awesome. I even use it for headaches. You can get smaller bottles of it that are less expensive. I just did cut and past from my Amazon ordering history.

I think these types of exercises are helpful, but they have to be done daily.

So sorry to hear about the pain! I started feeling what I think was carpel tunnel years ago when I worked 2 full-time jobs to pay off debt. The pain was in the forearm from typing too much.

Can you stop the typing? I was able to quit the graveyard job that was causing the pain and once I did, the pain went away. You need to rest your arm/s.

My doctor did give me a brace and I saw coworkers wear one, but I'm not sure it will help. Apply ice?

The brace does help but wear it to bed and sleep with it slightly elevated.

Thank you so much for sharing the video. This was very helpful, I am in so much pain, maybe I will try the exercise tomorrow.

Thanks to other users for their advises as well.

Maybe research and/or try some B6.....

"In several research studies, vitamin B6 deficiency has been associated with carpal tunnel syndrome. A study by the Portland Hand Surgery and Rehabilitation Center in Oregon examined 441 people and found that higher levels of vitamin B6 were associated with fewer carpal tunnel syndrome symptoms.

"A typical dose of vitamin B6 for carpal tunnel syndrome is 50 mg 2 to 3 times a day. Side effects may include increased urination. It can take up to 6 weeks to notice an improvement."

(Mayo Clinic) "For carpal tunnel syndrome, 200 milligrams of vitamin B6 has been taken by mouth daily for 10-12 weeks."

I understandand how you feel since I'm also having carpal tunnel syndrome. Why don't you try using some splint during night time, it might work with you. I tried it for 3 mos but didn't go well so I have to go with the surgery but I don't know how long will I wait...

I wanted to mention this yesterday and don't have time now, because i have to get kids out the door, but i oil pull and i think the tingling in my arms are gone...

people say oil pulling has helped them with muscle pain.

you basically swish 1 tsp oil in mouth. i use coconut oil, but olive oil, sunflower, grape is fine, but maybe different results. swish in mouth for as long as you can. saliva will mix and that's okay. when done, spit out in trash. then brush teeth.

it's easy, cheap and worth a try and hopefully it will work! gotta go

If you are having pain in the elbow you don't have carpal tunnel syndrome

Your first step might be to see someone and find out exactly what you are suffering from

More likely tennis elbow
