I have a female cousin age 56 who changed doctor recently. The new doctor changed her blood pressure medication and her body had a very bad reaction to it. Her tongue swelled to girnormous size and length and she was put on ventilator and have a tube running down her throat. Another family member who went to see her told be she never seen anything like that in her life and advise me not to go see her like that. She said she cried the whole time. I personally haven't gone up there yet and from everything I'm hearing, I don't think I would want to see her like that. I don't know what blood pressure pills she was on or what the doctor changed it to, I was just told by her son that it was a reaction to the new medication. I just saw her sunday on her way to church and she was so happy and looking good. I'm praying for her and hope she pulls through, she just lost her husband a few years ago. Have anyone out there heard of such a thing.
