DIY pinguecula cure / dipyridamole drops (surgery)

Has anyone had any success getting rid of a pinguecula? I've been using apple cider vinegar drops and castor oil for over a month now, but I don't really notice any change yet. What has worked for you? Also, has anyone tried the dipyridamole drops for pinguecula, and if so, do they work? I am desperate to get rid of mine but my eye doctor will not do surgery.

I have been using dipyridamole drops for pterygium in my right eye for over a year with no remarkable result other than the pterygium does not seem to be progressing.
