It is easier for me since getting rid of as many pesticides, hormones and antibiotics and
gmo'ed foods! (And drinking pure water)

I learned about what feeds fungi, bad intestinal bacteria and inflammation in the body ...and thus, feeds disease...cancer, etc, from 'Know The Cause" Doug Kaufmann...found online and some TV stations.
There is no singular cause of cancer therefore there is no singular cure or treatment for it. Eating an organic vegan diet won't prevent skin cancer. Avoiding sugar won't prevent lung cancer.
Alternative medicine isn't alternative facts. Facts are facts, no matter how you choose to approach them.
This info comes from Otto Warburg, and when I sent this to a friend, she came back saying that when she attended Gerson Clinic decades ago, Charlotte Gerson was always preaching the benefits of Warburg's works.
If one doesn't know about these two early medical people, they have no clue.
And so many continue to bash the alternative/holistic teachings. I'm so thankful to have met my friend about 25 yrs ago as her teachings to me and my willingness to learn and be open, has been lifechanging.

It does not attempt to pinpoint a single cause but underscores the multi-faceted process that primes the body for cancer, triggers abnormal cell growth, etc.

I didn't read that he actually backed away...a lot to digest and will have to read again. No matter what, I still and FINALLY reduced my sugars. What I understood is that sugars don't necessarily cause cancers but sugars feed cancer cells.

According to the Cornell University Department of Animal Sciences, one mycotoxin, known as Aflatoxin, indisputably causes cancer in animals...from corn molds and fungi...

Lots of info here: sugars, yeast, lack of oxygen, and a major take away I come away with is KEEP IMMUNE SYSTEM OPTIMIZED.
There is so much info on building a strong immune system, and I won't post one as there are many...and I do my best to eat as good as I can but do supplement to keep my immune system strong. I sleep good and that's a big one too for a healthy immune system.
Can't help but go back to 1995 during the lecture on Pycnogenol, the panel told us: May Prevent Cancer(s).

True BUT once the cancer is in the body it can and does spread. For example from Colon to Liver or from Liver to Pancreas. It makes you think that in some cases there is some commonality to it.
