Just talking about this with my friend and I've mentioned it in the Inflammation post. There is a lot of info on the need for more Omega 3's and how it Lifts Moods....my friend experienced that this morning when she woke up and had taken more Omega 3's yesterday...
A good reminder: Omega 3's thin blood so watch for bruising...I'm very aware of this one. My two friends tend to bruise plus they are now both on pharma blood thinners due to afib issues and their heart MD's...but one is really working with the omega 3's due to OA and low moods. So much of what we add to our bodies can affect us due to genetics.
Of course, the good thing about keeping blood thin, no clotting.
