the one I am looking has 20mg of lutein but only 1mg of zeaxanthin which seems minuscule.
You seem to be stressing over this J.H. Why not just go with what I posted early on. I don't believe the zeaxanthin is necessary but some take it. I don't, have a couple times but what I take works...And the one you are looking at would be fine too.

I am not stressing at all over it, just there a lot of options. I might just go with Costco Kirkland version.

Fine, you can always make changes as you go along. I think you are still taking Grape Seed Ex and that is a big one for eye health...Your Kirkland looks fine, I take most but in higher does like Vit C and Zinc...for sure.

For those of you taking 20 mg of lutein together with 3.5 mg of zeaxanthin. Which brand are taking and where can I get it for a good price?
Sorry I missed your question earlier.
I have been using Natural Factors. I've tried other brands but keep coming back to the Natural Factors because the soft gels they make are easier on my stomach than the soft gels of some other brands. They have both the 20 mg lutein with zeaxanthin and they have 40 mg lutein without zeaxanthin. I think in America you can likely get the soft gels with even higher dosages, like 60 and 80 mg of lutein, but I think that may be too high a dosage.
This is what I'm getting and I pay $22 Canadian which converts to around $17.30 American. But I get mine from a Canadian Natural Factors manufacturer and distributor, not from an American one so I don't know where you'd have to look in America to get comparable prices. https://nutritionplus.com/natural-fa...gels/?sku=8033

If you are concerned about macular degeneration then the zeaxanthin is as important as the lutein so I think the 3.5 mg or more would be better for macular health. Zeaxanthin is essential for the macula as it helps increase the optical density and detail of macular pigment which improves visual acuity and contrast sensitivity.
