This is a little bit off topic for this thread but, briefly, he just goes to the drug store and buys a bottle of zinc in the supplements section. RLS can be due to potassium, magnesium, or zinc deficiency in many (or all?) cases. We experimented and for him, it was due to lack of zinc.

It's so true, we have to experiment with what is out there for us to TRY. We've talked about magnesium so much here and that keeps my legs calm...for others it sounds like zinc. And talk about inexpensive methods to work with.
