I know for those with auto immune problems (ie: inflammatory disease), it has been proven to be helpful. Though, that stands for anything high in Omega-3.
I take it on occasion, supposedly its good for the heart and brain and whatnut. I havent actually seen or 'felt' any tangible results, i'm just hoping the claims are true and its working. The one thing i know about it is that it sort of a blood thinner, so, its probably a good bet that if you take this stuff often, you wont be getting any blood clots.
