Can anyone tell me how long it takes before the body cleansing "kicks in?" I'm on the 7-day program and am on my 3rd day. So far, nothing. As a matter of fact I feel a little constipated, (sure you wanted to read that part.

You are not drinking enough water if you are constipated. Get 2L smart water and drink up. Finish with a strong ginger tea or two.

Dinner tonight:
Veggie Only soup (celery,carrots,bean,onion,garlic)
Big Spinach salad (red ving, olive oil dressing 4tbs,almonds,strawberry)
Iced ginger tea for beverage

Dessert:
Baked apple with cinnamon & oats

^^^^
Just a healthy meal suggestion to get things moving. Those food all have things to help it all along and out.

Any advice on this product would be great,,thanks in advance
I don't know about those colon cleansing routines. What about just fasting for a day or switching to healthier foods?

^^^ I would die if anything like that came out of me.

Thank god it didnt. One thing I did notice I flushed a lot of was gallstones. Those never came out before like that and I was having fatty food reactions. But after. None.

The colon cleansing thing seems to be a big fad these days. I think society might would be better off if they cleansed their hearts and mind instead of their intestines.

Most of these cleanses are scams. Check out Naturalcures.com and check into Homozon while you're researching colon cleanses. Good luck.

My friends want me to go out with them tonight. Can I drink alcohol while doing the complete body cleansing program? Would it have bad side affects?

I think the best cleanse is to eat a high fibre whole food diet including, fish and good lean protein. Don't eat alot of processed foods and eat your fruits and vegetables. Kale for instance is a green leafy vegetable that naturally has detoxification properties. Green tea is great as well. I just think incorporating good quality food and drink into ones diet and minimizing processed foods is the best ongoing body cleanse. Much better than shocking your body every few months with something that has dubious beneficial claims at best and most likely just distubs your electrolyte balance and gives you diarhea.
