Hi everyone,

I'm a Brit relocating either to Wisconsin or Florida next year. I teach massage therapies to beginners and experienced therapists and my courses are nationally accredited and recognised for insurance purposes in the UK. I'd love to continue doing this after I move (my website is at London Therapists - Certified and Accredited Massage Courses). However I have a horrible feeling that none of my hard-won qualifications will translate to the US and I'm disinclined to re-train from scratch after all the time and money I've invested here in the UK. Does anyone have any advice about or knoweldge of whether I could teach massage to students in the USA, or even practice them professionally?

Thanks so much

Licensure Requirements - Massage Therapy - Licensure Requirements links to all the info for obtaining a license in Florida to perform massage or teach.

Good luck!
