There are plenty of colonies in the Caribbean, they are simply called other things to appease the politically correct people. Usually the colonies tend to be the wealthier and more developed islands.

Cuba, even considering their political and economical plight.
The only place that can be considered a country in that area.

*A Island where the cannabis law is not strict

*Easy to score some weed

*Everyone is accepted (gays, transexuals, different races etc.)

*Not more than 50% black (not that i don't like Black people, i just don't want to stand out)

*English or Dutch is widely spoken

*GDP Per Capita (PPP) is at least 15.000

*Safe

*Clean

*White sand beaches

*No death penalty

None.

The closest..
Holguin, in Cuba...but grass is illegal (you can find but DON'T bring it)
Safe
Clean
Mostly white (more than 90 percent)
No death penalty for tourists, they are just kicked out
White sand beaches
No GDP (Communist)
They speak any language

Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Virgin Islands, the Bahamas, and Trinidad-n-Tobago are my favorite Caribbean countries, nd I would love to live in any of them given the chance. I already lived in Puerto Rico nd I love my island. I also like Cuba, nd Jamaica but I wouldnt like living in them. the eastern Caribbean is great too.. heck the whole region is beautiful
